Data protection
reconline AG takes data protection seriously. Customer data is used to process bookings and forward them to the related hotel. The data is kept safe.

Who are we?
reconline AG is the partner of the hotel for which bookings are made. The hotel uses reconline AG services.

What data do we ask for?
We only need data that is necessary to process the booking.

Hotel guests have the option of obtaining information, making changes/deletion, withdrawing consent, objecting to statements made earlier and having their own data deleted at any time. Booking data remain stored for the statutory retention period. The data is marked as deleted up to this point, after which it is deleted. The hotel requests the deletion of the guest data from the data partners involved by email.

Where is your data sent to?
Hotel guest data is processed by the hotel's technology partner in Switzerland for processing the booking and forwarded to the hotel. The data can also be forwarded to other partners on behalf of the hotel.

Duration of storage
The data will be stored until revoked by the hotel guest. See also the previous section.
